By creating an account or using Ormi, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Ormi Privacy Policy.

Where applicable law requires parental or legal-guardian authorization, the user may not use Ormi without that authorization.
Ormi provides personal record-keeping, planning, informational, community, and artificial intelligence features.
Ormi does not provide medical services and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
The application must not be used:
AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain factual, logical, or medical errors.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating AI-generated information and consulting an appropriate professional before making decisions affecting health or safety.
Personal data is transmitted to an external AI provider only after the required disclosure and consent process.
Users can report unsafe, illegal, or offensive AI-generated content through the reporting function in the application.
Users retain ownership of their posts, comments, images, and other original content.
By publishing content in the Ormi community, the user grants Ormi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

The license ends when the content is deleted, except for protected backups and content that must be retained to investigate a report, comply with law, or defend legal rights.
The user represents that they have all rights and permissions necessary to publish the content.

Blocking restricts interactions with the blocked user according to the features available in the current version of Ormi.
Users may request account deletion:
Deleting the application from a device does not delete the account.

The Ormi application, software, visual design, databases, branding, logos, and original content are owned by ORMI LABS LTD or used under a valid license.
Subject to these Terms, the user receives a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use Ormi for lawful personal purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
Certain Ormi features depend on third-party providers, including Apple, Google, OpenAI, cloud-hosting providers, and email-delivery providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Ormi remains responsible for its selection and integration of providers to the extent required by applicable law but cannot guarantee that external infrastructure will always be available without interruption.
If Ormi offers subscriptions or in-app purchases:

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee that Ormi will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ormi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
Before commencing formal proceedings, users may contact support@ormi.me to attempt to resolve the issue informally. This does not prevent users from exercising any right to contact a court or competent authority directly.

If a person is in immediate danger, they should contact local emergency services rather than wait for a response from Ormi users or moderators.

Users may block another user through the “Block” function.
Depending on the violation, Ormi may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, preserve relevant evidence, or notify competent authorities where required by law.
